SBA Stone Forest is established in Shanghai to provide market entry and corporate advisory solutions for international investors entering mainland China.

2006

North & East China Expansion

Established full-service branch offices in Beijing (CBD) and Suzhou Industrial Park to service foreign manufacturing and enterprise clients.

2007

South China Footprint

Opened the Shenzhen branch to spearhead corporate secretarial, tax, and accounting services across the Greater Bay Area.

2008

SSAE 18 (SOC 1) Accreditation

Achieved landmark SSAE 16 / SSAE 18 (SOC 1) accreditation for accounting and payroll outsourcing services, cementing data security rigor.

2011

RSM Stone Forest Subsidiary

Formally became a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of RSM Stone Forest Singapore, institutionalizing group corporate governance.

2013

China Headquarters Opening

Inaugurated the firm’s centralized China Headquarters at the 5th Floor, Yangtze Center, Yan'an Road West, Shanghai.

2015

SBA Stone Forest CPA Co., Ltd.

Formally established SBA Stone Forest CPA Co., Ltd. to deliver licensed PRC statutory audits, capital verifications, and agreed-upon procedures.

2016

Allinial Global Entry & C3 Launch

Admitted as independent member of Allinial Global; pioneered the proprietary C3 Cloud Corporate Seal Management hardware system.

Hong Kong Office & Legal Alliance

Tan Lee Lee holds CPA (Australia) credentials with over 15 years of accounting, auditing, and corporate advisory experience across Singapore and mainland China. She specializes in foreign direct investment (FDI) market entry, corporate structuring, statutory accounting, cross-border tax planning, and managed payroll infrastructure. She has successfully led hundreds of multinational incorporations and retail rollouts across tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 Chinese cities.
